GlamPure wins the German Design Award 2021 and the Archiproducts Design Award 2020
Multi-award-winning Gl.amPure, The Organic Wallcovering by Glamora
The prize, granted to products of excellence, was introduced in 1953 on a Deutscher Bundestag’s initiative and is awarded every year by the German Design Council.
Accredited with the German Design Award 2021 in the category Excellent Product Design – Material and Surfaces “for its outstanding design quality”, the wallcovering entirely composed of organic raw materials has also received a Special Mentioning in the Eco Design category.

GlamPure is a compostable covering, made of 65% European linen fibres and 35% viscose. The technical qualities and the aesthetic content make it a suitable solution to the application in residential bio-architecture and hospitality contexts.
The subjects of this exclusive collection are inspired to the Japanese paper technique of washi and characterised by the stratification of natural elements or light textures treated as impalpable overlapped gauzes. A holistic approach to housing which follows the principles of biophilia and an invitation to reconnect with the natural world.
