This is the poetic and sustainable principle behind the project, which was designed by architects Tim Russell and Will Erwin in collaboration with the owners, Jennifer May and Colleen Tebrake. The new landscape hotel Ambiente Sedona is the first of its kind opened in North America by The Leading Hotels of the World.

The hotel is situated on the border of Red Rock State Park. The concept is based on creating a true symbiosis with the colours, light and shadows sculpted by the impressive red sandstone peaks, considered by some as capable of unleashing very powerful energy vortexes.
The hotel consists of 40 cube-shaped accommodation units raised on pillars to preserve the underlying vegetation.
Each unit provides guests with a 360° view of the surrounding landscape thanks to the large glass windows that capture the natural backdrop of the unique rocky Aztec sandstone formations emerging from the desert landscape.

The restoration of an ancient bubbling stream, the use of materials inspired by soft earth tones and the rich reds of the surrounding peaks, and the extensive panoramic views, not to mention the wellness programmes and an exclusive restaurant, contribute to helping guests reawaken their senses and immerse themselves in full relaxation.
A spiral staircase connects each room to a private roof-top terrace which allows guests to lay back comfortably and indulge in the incredible spectacle of sunrises, sunsets and myriad stars that light up the night sky.
