In the heart of Manhattan, within the prestigious One Madison Avenue complex, La Tête d’Or comes to life — the first steakhouse concept by Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud.
A project that combines the savoir-faire of French tradition with a refined contemporary aesthetic, orchestrated by Rockwell Group.
The restaurant’s name pays tribute to the famous park in Lyon, Boulud’s hometown, and is reflected in a sophisticated atmosphere where materials, light, and details engage in perfect harmony.
The design, signed by the New York-based studio led by David Rockwell, celebrates conviviality through enveloping spaces and a warm palette featuring shades of brown, amber, and forest green.
In this context of intimacy and refinement, Glamora plays a subtle yet pivotal role. The wall defining one of the restaurant’s main areas is clad with the “Parc Guell” wallcovering from Creative Collection Chapter XIII.
A choice that evokes dreamlike landscapes and rarefied atmospheres, perfectly aligned with the project’s vision. The delicate hues and tactile texture of Parc Guell enhance the space’s sensory experience, offering an elegant and harmonious visual counterpoint.
Light, filtered through soft drapery and reflected on natural surfaces, guides guests through an immersive journey that culminates in a secluded setting — ideal for a moment of haute cuisine.
Every detail is designed to celebrate the spirit of the place and the art of hospitality, in perfect harmony with Glamora’s values.
